How Assetra handles personal data for the website, licensing cloud and customer portal.
Controller for this website, the Assetra Licensing Cloud and the customer-facing support contact points is IT World One UG (haftungsbeschrankt), Obernheideweg 69, 33129 Delbruck, Germany.
Assetra public services are hosted on European infrastructure. When you visit the website or customer portal, technical server logs such as IP address, date, requested path, user agent and status code may be processed to maintain security, availability and abuse protection.
When a customer activates or uses Assetra Licensing Cloud, Assetra may process tenant details, contact email, subscription state, generated license keys, activation fingerprints, invoice references and security-relevant audit events. This data is used strictly to provision licenses, operate the customer portal and secure the service.
Payments and subscription billing are processed by Stripe. During checkout, Stripe receives the billing and payment information required to complete the transaction. Assetra stores only the Stripe identifiers and billing events needed to provision the subscription and support the customer account.
Transactional emails such as license delivery, billing confirmations and customer portal access links are sent through Brevo. These emails are used only for service operation and customer communication related to Assetra.
Assetra uses necessary session cookies for authenticated access to the customer portal and licensing administration. The public website also stores the selected interface language in localStorage so the language choice persists between visits. No marketing trackers or analytics cookies are used on the public site at this stage.
Customer, billing and licensing records are retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal retention requirements and document contract-relevant events. Security logs may also be retained where required for fraud prevention, incident response or auditability.
You may request information about your stored personal data, ask for correction, deletion or restriction where legally applicable, and object to specific processing activities. Requests can be sent to info@assetra.eu.
This information is a product website privacy overview and should be reviewed with your legal advisor before broad public launch.
